DIRECTIONS
| ||
Preheat oven to 350, then wash and break apart cauliflower head
| ||
Line a large baking sheet, and evenly spread Bread Crumbs. Spray lightly with cooking oil spray and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
| ||
In a gallon size ziplock bag, combine cauliflower and olive oil. Shake vigorously to coat. (*Do not over wet)
| ||
Remove bread crumbs from oven. Transfer cauliflower to a separate ziplock bag, then, a little at a time, pour in bread crumbs and shake to evenly coat.
| ||
When cauliflower is coated, place on baking sheet and cook. *SET TIMER FOR 20 MINUTES
| ||
While cauliflower is cooking, begin to prepare sauce.
| ||
In a small bowl, combine 6 Tbsp of water with the cornstarch. Stir until it is completely dissolved.
| ||
In a small pot, combine honey, garlic, onion powder, Braggs, and sriracha. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir until ingredients are completely mixed, then stir in cornstarch water until dissolved.
| ||
Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally so as not to clump, then remove from heat and allow to cool
| ||
Take your previously cooked rice out of the refrigerator to begin preparing Stir Fry
| ||
Remove cauliflower from heat when timer goes off and coat with sauce.
| ||
When stir is finished cooking, top with sauced cauliflower, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.

Enjoy!
