HONEY LEMON SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS

Banana - 2

Honey - 2 Tbsp
|
Lemon - 1
|
Ginger - 1 tsp
|
Coconut Milk - ½ c
|
Chia Seeds - 2 Tbsp
|
DIRECTIONS

First,
grate the lemon for its zest, then squeeze the juice into your blender.

Add the
zest, and all other ingredients
|

Blend
until smooth. Enjoy!
