The Personal Planets
The Personal Planets are the next group of planets we will familiarize ourselves with. They are Mercury, Venus, and Mars, and they are personal for lots of reasons. For one-they are closest to the Sun and Earth and therefore the fastest moving planets in our solar. But because they are so close and we cross paths so often, we feel the vibrations of the energy from these planets more directly than we feel the others. Between the three planets, time spent in a particular zodiac sign only lasts from 12-45 days. That means that, like the Luminaries, the location of Mercury, Venus, and Mars at the time of your birth will have a significant impact on your life.
Another reason these planets are so personal is because their energy is reflected through us in a very expressive way. If the Sun and the Moon are who we are and how we feel, then Mercury, Venus, and Mars are what we think, the ways we show and receive love, and how we handle and display excitement. Along with the Luminaries (who are technically included in this group), the Personal Planets further personify our mood, confidence, and self esteem.
